How does onboarding work?
Subscribe to a plan and we'll quickly add you to your very own project board. This process usually takes about an hour to complete from the time you subscribe. Once you accept the invite to the project board, you're ready to rock.

Who creates the documents?
PM Pro Lab is a one-man agency, ran by Ben, the founder. PM Pro Lab does not employ other project managers, or outsource work to any other entity. You'll work directly with me through the entirety of your experience.
Is there a limit to how many requests can be made?
Once subscribed, you're able to add as many document requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one. Any add-on requests will be completed after add-on payment.
How does the pause feature work?
We understand you may not have enough project management work to fill up an entire month of requests. Perhaps you only have one project documentation requests at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy.
Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.
How will I make a project document request?
PM Pro Lab offers a ton of flexibility in how you request documents using our project board. Some common ways clients request documents is directly via the project board, sharing Google docs, or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their summary out). Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in the project board, it's fair game.
What if I don't like the document provided?
No worries! We'll continue to revise the document until you're 100% satisfied.
Are there any requests you don't support?
Absolutely. PM Pro Lab does not cover the following: graphic design, website design, and software development.
What if I only have a single request?
That's fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional project management needs. There's no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.
Can I use PM Pro Lab for just 1 month?
For sure. Whether you need PM Pro Lab for a month or a year, the choice is yours. Just feel free to come back when you have additional project management needs.
Are there any refunds?
Yes, you can request a refund if you are not satisfied, for a full refund of the current month's subscription. We cannot refund previous month's subscriptions.
Couldn't I just use AI?
AI outputs often need major editing, project knowledge, and decision-making to become usable. If you are busy, you don’t want to tweak a ChatGPT prompt for 30 minutes, format in a document, and guess what to include. We remove ambiguity and you get a fully packaged doc tailored to your team, your timeline, and your project.
